Once that opportunity arose, Denise was quick and efficient. Answering all of our questions, pinging the listing agent to find all our answers. There isn’t a question Denise isn’t afraid to ask or find out. If you need an answer, she will find it for you. During the negotiation process, Denise brought her professionalism and experience to the table. She was never afraid to voice her honest opinion. That said, if we disagreed on an issue, she would never push you in order to get a deal done. She truly has her client's best interests in mind, she wants you to be happy and that is difficult to find in agents, based on our experience. Once we were under contract, Denise found all the inspectors, lawyers, and contractors needed. She scheduled everything for us in order to feel fully confident before closing. She was visibly present along each step of the way. She also wasn’t afraid to go back to the negotiating table with the listing agent when a certain issue arose during the inspection. We were concerned we might lose the deal based on our demands, but Denise was able to use her negotiating skills to get everything we wanted to close the deal! Once we officially closed, Denise greeted us with multiple housewarming gifts. She continuously checked in on us through the move-in process to verify we were happy on our end. The next time we go through a home purchase in the Charleston area, there isn’t anyone else I would rather work with than Denise. She made me a lifelong client based on our experience.
